At Him Swastix Ayurveda, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions and process for cancellations.

Order Cancellation by Customer
Your order can be canceled under the following circumstances:
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation by Him Swastix Ayurveda
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
‣ The product is out of stock.
‣ Incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
‣ Payment issues or fraudulent transactions.
‣ Unforeseen logistical challenges.
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and initiate a full refund for prepaid orders.

Refund for Canceled Orders
Pre-dispatch Cancellations: If you cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed for prepaid order within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Post-dispatch Cancellations: Cancellations after shipping are not eligible for a refund for prepaid/partially paid orders.

Modifications to Orders
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once processed for shipping, changes cannot be accommodated.
