If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
- Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement if the following conditions are met:
‣ The product was damaged upon delivery.
‣ The product is delivered in an expired condition.
‣ You were charged more than the MRP.
Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return:
‣ Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
‣ Products with tampered or missing original packaging.
‣ Items purchased under promotional offers or discounts. MRP.

If your purchase meets the return eligibility, please follow these steps:
Initiate a Request:

‣ Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Return Approval & Pickup:
‣ Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable) or guide you on how to return the product.
‣ The product must be securely packed in its original condition to avoid damage during transit.
Refund & Replacement:
‣ Replacement: A replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item and complete a quality check.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
