At Him Swastix Ayurveda, we strive to deliver your Ayurvedic products promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and charges to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your order and tracking details.
In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly.

  1. Shipping Timelines

We deliver across India and internationally, depending on product availability and serviceable locations:
Domestic Deliveries:
Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
Other cities and rural areas: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
International Deliveries:
Delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and shipping method. Estimated delivery will be shared during checkout.

  1. Free Shipping

Eligibility:
We offer free shipping anywhere in India for orders with a cart value of ₹500 or above.
For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will be charged based on whether the delivery is in a rural or urban area.
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.
During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing and shipping may take longer.

  1. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS by delivery partner.

  1. Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments

If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or courier issues, we will notify you.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts can be reshipped at an additional shipping cost.

  1. International Shipping Guidelines

International shipments are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

After an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
If you need to change your order, please contact our customer support within 12 hours of placing the order.
